Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges if the product is damaged, leaking, or incorrect.

Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Products that are partially used or misused are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your perfume is damaged (e.g., broken bottle, leakage) or the wrong item is delivered, please email us at premium@zahbl.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Since we currently operate with COD only, cash refunds are not available.

Eligible cases will be resolved through replacement or exchange only.
